	General Textual updates $45/hour (1 hour minimum invoiced monthly)
	General Programming updates $55/hour (1 hour minimum, invoiced monthly)
	New Page addition to existing site w/nav: $75/page
	Urgent/Afterhours: $65/hour (1 hour minimum)

Other Fees:

	Return Check Fee: $30 - Flat Rate (assessed/invoiced immediately)
	Late Fee: $25 - Flat Rate (Assessed on the 10th day after due date, regardless of amount due)
